The Beauty of Gender

The first symposium, “Zur Schönheit des Geschlechts” [On the Beauty of Gender], took place on 26 November 2016 in the studio of the artist Fabian Vogler:

Intersex-Kontroversen [Intersex controversies]

The second symposium, “Intersex-Kontroversen” [“Intersex controversies”], took place on 22 November 2017 in the Erika-Haus ballroom at the University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). Prof. Peer Briken, Director of the Institute for Sex Research and Forensic Psychiatry at the UKE, opened the event. The initiator, Dr Katinka Schweizer, was pleased that so many people accepted the invitation. She introduced the host project along with all the guests and moderated throughout the afternoon.
